I picked my very first vegetables from the raised garden bed today - a couple of lovely zucchinis! The vegetable garden has been growing well over the hot summer; throw in a couple of scattered showers and the vegetables have grown almost all on their own.

Once in the kitchen, there was no time to waste.  I got chopping to create a chicken and vegetable curry stir fry.

Time to dig in and enjoy - BON APPETIT!
